I don't write alot of reviews but for this one I will. So I read the reviews and I was very uncertain about this product, but I bought it, when it arrived, I was like there is no way this is going to work. First let me tell you what I have. I suffer from Degenerative Spinal Disease. I suffer with body spasms and leg and thigh cramps daily. I am on a daily dose of muscle relaxers. Well, the night that this came, I caught an leg cramp. I got the form and I added it to the affected spot. It was really really hurting. Well I managed to make it to the restroom, and the cramp was gone. I mean just like that gone. I was like ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I can't believe I've been suffering for 2 years and never heard of this product. Well, the very next night, I was smart, I put it on before I went to bed, on both of my legs, from thighs down to my feet. I slept the whole night through, no cramps. The very next day, I was really really tired, and I went to bed without applying the foam. I got woke up with a leg cramp like 2 in the morning. I put the form on me and then was about to scream cause it was hurting so bad, and it went away. Back the sleep I went. I am not sure what the miracle is, but it worked for me. I will be purchasing several more bottles to keep on hand. I have it stored in my nightstand, for easy reach.
