I just had a major back operation and I have to ice my back quite often so I got to browsing and I came up on this ice pack and let me tell you I am so glad I purchased it it does stay cold for a very long. It's big enough for my entire back I love the fact that it has straps that I just strap it on me and forget about it I can easily put my back brace on over top of it and be fine I can't say that it will stay cold all night long but for a few hours it will stay cold which is very important for me because I do like to sleep with an ice pack and by the time I pass out it's still cold and it does the job that I needed to do I actually just purchased a second one so that way while one is in the freezer I have another one that I can use and I can rotate them.
