Okay. So I bought a movie theater type of popcorn machine. However I could not get movie theater taste out of it. Then I did some research and realized that movie theater popcorn taste starts with using coconut oil. So I then grabbed some from a local grocery store. Still did not have the taste. I did some more research and realized that a buttery coconut oil was the way to go. So I bought some of that at another local grocery store. Still a no go. More research and I bought the Dutchman's buttery coconut popcorn oil and.................... damn! What a difference. I also bought the flavacol popcorn salt. I use 1 tablespoon of the Dutchman's buttery coconut oil and put it into the "popcorn bed". I let it warm for a minute or so (this needs to happen in order for the popcorn to properly activate for big fluffy popcorn)! I then add 8 tablespoons of popcorn that is mixed with a teaspoon of flavacol into the chamber and let it pop away. The Dutchman's buttery coconut oil is the key. Trust me. I have experimented and know what I am talking about. This product also goes a long way............... Best buy also in the price to ratio factor.
