Bought 3 copies of this book in 2009, and have been applying the advice as described in the book. Living in Hong Kong at the time, distilled water was easily available in 5 or 10ltr bottles. The FOOD-GRADE H2O2 I purchased from a Chemical Factory in a place beyond Beijing in China. It arrived as a 25Ltr 'Sample' at my doorstep. 25Ltr of H2O2, so I had plenty to go around. Some friends took it up for some time, and some are still using it today, 8 years later. The first few weeks, when applying the higher doses, proved to be a great body cleansing exercise, after which the dose was gradually reduced to 'maintenance level'. As said, now 8 years later, I have not had one cold, flu, viral infection, indigestion, or any other one of those ailments. My energy levels are high, eyesight 20/20 and basically body funtions as if I was a 40 year old (am 70+). Reading this book and applying the recommendations is THE Cure for people's health in this Century. Many people find the taste unpleasant, which it is somewhat indeed, but that taste only lasts for about 5 seconds. In lieu you get back a life free of disease. Think about it. This H2O2 Therapy is not something new, a fad that is followed by 'some' people. No, the knowledge of this miracle product has been around for over 100years. Negative online assessments of this miracle cure often materialise from ignorent persons that have not had much or even any, experience with it, and wanting to push their own products, including the pharmaceutical industry. In the UK it is easy to buy H2O2 and Distilled water via the internet. I myself have bought a small distiller, which has proven to be highly cost-effective. I give this book a 5-Star rating, because I myself feel as the shining example, of how healthy one can feel, after following the wisdom, made public in this book.
