When I took this thing out of the bag I was disappointed because I thought it wasn't going to work. is seemed too small and was deformed looking. But after a few hours, it decompressed like a foam mattress and filled out. I'm 5'2" and needed this to correct my posture when sitting at my home workstation. It is firm enough to raise my legs up to the correct height for my desk/chair, but also soft enough to be super comfy on my feet. I love this little cushion!
