I bought these to replace battery packs in two small UPSes and after a couple of days I opened one UPS, pulled the battery and checked the no load/open circuit voltage; 13.25V. This is for non-mission-critical systems (desktops) and provides sufficient time to shut down gracefully, so I'm reasonable happy with them after the quick test. I will however do the voltage test again after the battery packs have been pulled for three hours for a more accurate assessment. Other cells I have (for an industrial jump pack, other UPSes, etc.) which have been deep cycled "settle down" at 12.99V. If these cells test the same I will upgrade this rating to 5 stars. Voltage of the battery settled down to 13.12V after resting for ~6 hours.
