Though it looks silly and feels silly while sleeping, this pillow really works. I have bad back and knee pain and ever since I started sleeping with this pillow my pain is significantly decreased in the morning. I don't have stiff knees or lower back tension. I didn't think the strap would be useful, but for how often I toss and turn, the pillow never falls. The pillow is very soft and of great quality. Do recommend.
