This bag is better than I was expecting, and I had high expectations based on the reviews. I ended up choosing the brown color, and think it's beautiful. It's a little darker and more reddish than the pictures, but I think it looks nice and rich, like real leather. Although this is fake leather, it is nice quality and should last several years. Others complained about the purse not standing on its own, but I like that it is so soft and flexible as I think it looks more like real, supple leather that way. It's also the perfect size for what I wanted. I bought this as a personal item for a plane flights but also as a tote bag and school bag. It fits my 13" laptop sideways or standing up plus a few binders or books and could also fit a cardigan and water bottle, as an example. Really really happy with this purchase!
