This bike is the best we have ever had and we have had a number of them over the years many of which cost 5X more. I wanted this for strengthening my thigh muscles to help with knee pain. My husband tried it and liked it so much we now have to schedule our cycling times around each other. At first, the little computer wasn't recording the pulse rate. We called and were immediately sent a new one. We are in our 70's now, and this is perfect for us. I am short and not as flexible as I once was and getting off could be a bit easier. It is really not a big problem, however. If we removed the little remote holder it would be perfectly easy. Haven't bothered to remove it since I am managing ok the way it is. We told our kids about it and they are interested especially when we told them the price. We are very happy with it.
