Update; The unit is working well. I've partially completed the installation. Upgrading to 4 stars. I will upgrade to 5 stars once it has been working for awhile. Original Review and follow on from seller sorting the problem out! Original review; I'm upset. This kit came with one DOA camera that was obviously previously used. Three of the four cameras work, and the DVR unit appears to come up with a menu. I'm not happy. Someone who put this kit together *knew* this was a used camera and put it in the box anyway. Its missing stickers, and the wires were obviously broken, and the swivel mount was loose and messed up. When I pulled it apart a bit to get a picture the wires were obviously wrong, loose, and appeared to not be connected inside the camera because the red (probably power) wire came pulling out when I tugged on it. Update: Great Wall Security came through. They sent me a very prompt and helpful message which I will quote a section of; "Hi, Ira Thank you for letting us know. I think it’s a mistake made by our manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced in purchasing the product from us. We have sent out a new replacement to you today, please see the following tracking number by Fedex: <Number>" I got the replacement camera today via FedEx, and it works. It took six days to arrive, which I think is reasonable considering it was a special case. I am upgrading to three stars now, and I will be doing the install in the next week. If all goes well, I will upgrade to four or five stars! Thanks Great Wall Security, I am looking forward to upgrading this review.
