I gave this product 5 stars because Outdoor Master company replaced my first bag which had a defective zipper. I had received the Sling Bag just before I went on vacation. The second time I accessed the large zipper area the zipper would not remain zipped. When I returned home, I notified OutdoorMaster and explained the issue, they requested I send pic of zipper not working, which I did. They notified me they would be sending me a new bag which arrived in about 5 days. Product is good for excursions where larger back pack is not required. I would suggest a more sturdy zipper be used for the largest zipper on the bag as it will get the most use.
