Best mattress ever..... too soon, ok. I did a lot of research on "mattresses in a box" over several weeks because my wife wanted to replace the mattress we had. If you go to a store, mattresses are very difficult to compare(on purpose I'm sure). Online foam mattresses can be just as difficult. Why did I purchase this one? #1 This is a hybrid mattress. It has both coils and foam construction. My wife was concerned about an all foam mattress based on what she had read about "sinking" into the mattress or over heating. #2 The price. For our size(cal-king), a foam mattress can range from $300 to $1200+. We purchased this one for $504 delivered with tax included. Much less than the $2000 quoted at a mattress store. #3 Although there were not hundreds of reviews for this model, the ones I looked at all seemed to enjoy their purchase. This model comes with a 30-day return policy. Not as long as others however, long enough to determine if you want to keep it. #4 This unit has a 10-year warranty. Because of my size, we typically replace a mattress every 4 yrs or so. Ours came in a box with a total weight of 165#. The delivery service will only bring it through the front door. Our master is upstairs and we had to move the box upstairs ourselves. When you take it out of the box and unwrap it, it does inflate rapidly. We slept on it the same day we received it. There was a slight smell from off-gassing however, my wife has a super sensitive nose and it hasn't been a problem. CONCLUSION- Read the 1st sentence again! This has been a great purchase. I'm 6-8" 285# and my wife is 5-0" 135# and we both love it. No more back pain or stiffness in the morning. When I roll over in the night she doesn't feel it. Neither of us has night sweats from this foam mattress because it is gel-infused. It is just firm enough to keep everything where it needs to be without that sinking feeling of memory foam. My advice- whether you choose this model or another foam mattress, you need to get one. We will be replacing all mattress in the house with this one. My mother even decided to purchase one as well. Enough said- Pull the trigger and buy one today.
