This cart seat cover is everything and more. It's so cushiony and cozy. It's very well made and fits even large carts. The seatbelt makes it very safe and is easy to use. It washes like a dream and looks brand new after washing. I'm a 66-yr-old fussy grammy, who uses only the safest and most comfortable items for my 1.5-yr-old grandson. This cover fits the bill and I highly recommend it.
