I have a lot of back issues due to a defect in the L4 from an accident many years ago, and also have mild DJD of the neck, which causes a lot of neck pain and headaches. I've been taking another Turmeric product for well over a year on an as needed basis. It never seems to have done anything for me and I finally decided to try something else. I was having a lot of neck pain and could feel the swelling around the occiput the same time that this product arrived. I took the recommended dose and in several hours I had relief. I understand the implications of inflammation in the body and am trying to learn more ways to keep it at bay. So thanks for giving me a helping hand.
