I just want to warn any woman that is considering taking these. Firstly, I will say that this is a great daily supplement and I felt great using them to supplement my healthy and active lifestyle. HOWEVER, be warned that the herbs Chasteberry and Dong Quai found in this multivitam can interfere with BIRTH CONTROL PILLS. Just do a google search and you can research this for yourself. I just wanted to put this out there to help prevent any unexpected consequences as this is something I did not know when I initially started using this.
