I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this shampoo/conditioner on first use. My hair is platinum, very very cool blonde/white, and I've always had issues with salon blue shampoos turning my hair purple. This works just as well at reducing the yellow as salon brands, without dyeing my hair. I left the shampoo in for about 2 min and the conditioner at my roots for about 3, but immediately washing the conditioner from my ends which appear lighter (why they always dye purple). Excited to see continued results as I keep using this- I normally can't use blue shampoo for about a week trying to get the purple dye out of my hair.
