I bought this for me and my first grade son. At school he gets distracted so much that he has a star chart for behavior. When goodfing off he loses a star and no motivational tool worked to keep him at 5-6 stars (he got down to zero most days). Now that he's been taking this (he can swallow supplements) he has been at 5 and 6 stars every day. I too have been sleeping better whereas my mind usually keeps me up for hours. Anxiety runs in the family and I'm glad to have found something to help my kid years before the age where anyone helped me as a kid (and this one is natural!).
