Comfortable, and Works
After a couple decades of computer use, posture has always been an issue. I was hesitant to get a shoulder posture corrector, because I just assumed it wouldn't be comfortable or would pinch and pull. I'm glad I added one of these to my posture correction routine. Between this and and an upper vertebrae stretcher, I've greatly reduced, or eliminated the posture problems I developed from bad habits. As for the Comfy Brace specifically, it is comfortable. The Velcro straps have belt loops to keep them from walking off the comfy padding while wearing. I had this happen once due to my user error, and I quickly noticed. It's very light weight, and it's easy to hid under a T-shirt. I usually wear it for a couple hours while working. I won't slouch for the rest of the day, and even walk/run with noticeably better posture by not leaning forward since your body tends to follow your arms and shoulders. At this rate, I don't think I'll need to use it daily much longer (been using daily for two weeks now), but it will be easy to return to once the problem starts to creep back.
