I have been wanting to make cold brew coffee for so long, but put it off because I thought it would be too time-consuming. Cheese cloth is messy, and you always have to buy more when you run out. With the Simple Life Cycle Quart Mason Jar Cold Brew system, it takes all of 30 seconds to grind up some coffee beans, add my favorite flavors (pure Mexican vanilla extract and one cinnamon stick is #1 in my books), pull out the food-grade stainless steel mesh a mere 24 hours later, and voila! Easy clean-up, too. Best part is that my boyfriend gets some kind of acid reflux / heartburn issue when he drinks regular drip coffee, but the less acidic cold brew coffee doesn't have the same effect on him. I ended up buying 2 of them - one for tea and one for coffee! I replace some of the water in the tea with a shot or two gin or vodka - that's optional, of course.
