I had a BBL and I was desperate to find something I could sleep comfortably on. I found this added my pregnancy pillow on it and BOOM I was FINALLY sleeping through the night. I wish I would have had this from day 1. It was easy to inflate took a little over a min. ( I had a electric pump) very durable ( I have not had to add any air since I originally inflated it. Bonus. When I'm done using it for post op..I'll have a cool pool floaty LOL.
