I originally bought this drone for Christmas 2016 and it broke within one day. I didn't review the product until a year later. The company immediately contacted me and wanted to make things right even though it was a year later. They were insistent on replacing the drone and sent a new one right away. My son was so happy. So thank you Mary and USA Toyz. It's great to see such great quality customer service. I appreciate it so much. And I would deifinitely recommend them and would use them again.
