She is a very shy cat, we adopted her for 2 week till now and she is a 3 years old orange tabby cat. We bought her everything the day we got her home, but she was so scared and hide under bed in day time and come out only at night for food. She was first scared and do not dare to get in when we introduced the bed to her, but after two weeks, she is pretty sure that the bed is in her territory, and the room temperature dropped dramatically at one night, then the next morning we saw her hiding in the cozy bed. My cat is 10 pounds, and the 18-inch by 14 inch cat bed ( which is the brown one with a house shape) is perfect for her. The shape of the bed is good looking, and the quality is high, same as other customer described. I can see that there are still much space left when she lies in side, the same as the picture of the white cat shows. Cat always like to hide themselves somewhere cozy, warm, and safe, so this bed is perfect for my cat. Just a suggestion, you might like to place the bed in a corner of your room, where she can have a perfect and clear view of what is happening on her territory when she is in the bed, and this makes her feel safe. The placing of the bed may help your cat get used to the bed faster, I think. To the customers that might feel disappointed when your cat do not play with the stuff you bought for them, just give the cat more time to warm up with the new stuff, because cats remain suspicious toward everything new, and they need some time to mark the stuff as their own by rubbing their face and their whole body against the new stuff before they finally do not afraid about it. Never force them to approach anything they are still scared of. The first time we tried to push her into the bed, she struggled and jumped out with in a second, and never approach the bed by that week. Hope this review helps.
