Real talk: menopause is kicking my assets. My metabolism has come to a screeching halt. I used to be skinny and cold all the time. Now I'm at the opposite end of the metabolism spectrum. No happy middle for this girl. My soft, fluffy, warm blanket was smothering me. I needed something lightweight, and decided on this blanket. I've had it for a couple of months, and I'm well-satisfied. It's just heavy enough to give me that secure blanketed feeling without making me feel like I'm in an inferno. My night sweats are all but gone. It's also very pretty, and the texture keeps it from being boring. I've washed it twice (warm wash no bleach, double rinse in cold, low heat in dryer) and it looks fine. I'd buy it again.
