I love this product, it works very well. I have days where I suffer severe anxiety, so I thought I would give this a try. It relaxes me within 15 minutes, and I mean really relaxed. My mind eases, I can fall right to sleep. No side effects what so ever, and I feel fine the next day. I highly recommend this, you won't be disappointed!!
