Been aware of this product for 20 years, and this company has been around since 1925. Royal Lee, the creator & founder of this product, was a visionary dentist who utilized nutritional components from whole food and animal glandulars to achieve health & wellness. SP makes several different type of "Glandular" products: - PMG (Protomorphogens) - Cytosols - Dessicated Gllandular Products PMG'S: The PMG products utilize the nucleus material of the particular gland (i.e. Drenamin uses Drenatrophin PMG or Adrenal Nucleus) to rewire the functioning of a gland. These products are thought to be applicable to "Chronic" situations of the specific gland, and restores the integrity by exposing the individual to the nucleus, which re-wires the functional components & integrity of the gland. CYTOSOLS: Dr. Lee envisioned that if the the Nucleus represented the mechanism of the gland, then the material "outside" the nucleus would have a valuable therapeutic function as well. By consuming Cytosols, it was thought that this would have a "quickening" effect on jump-starting the gland, generally used for acute situations, and for a short-period of time. DESSICATED: This is the entire gland, PMS & CYTOSOL, and other material, desiccated and dried. Again, this tends to be used for immediate effect (ie Dessicated Adrenal). There are no absolute rules, but these are the general guidelines for using these products. DRENAMIN is a combination product that contains a combinations of 3 SP Products - Drenatrophin PMG, Cataplex B, and CATAPLEX C. Cataplex B is a vasoconstrictor and restores kinetic energy and movement. And is a food source of B vitamins - food for the nervous system. Cataplex C is a whole food source of Vitamin C, from mutiple Whole Food sources. Drenatrophin PMG is similar to a homepathic version of the Nucleus of the Adrenal Gland. This product is a superstar product, and tends to work best for those with normal to high blood pressure. If Blood Pressure is low, Dessicated Adrenal or Drenatrophin PMG is a better choice. If you are fatigued, burn-out, exhausted, have anxiety, and tend towards normal or high blood pressure, then this product may work beautifully. Sometimes Drenatrophin PMG taken straight may work better. But this product contains a blend of 3 different things, and has the vitamin B and C co-factots in Cataplex B and Cataplex C to enhance and restore adrenal integrity. Usually for anyone over 55, this product is almost a guarantee to make them feel a whole lot better. Our animals get this daily with each meal to keep their nervous systems working with minimal stress. If this product for some reason causes anxiety, then this means Drenatrophin PMG might work better. But for most people, this is a slam dunk!
