I have purchased this particular product twice now. I had been using a brand from Walmart. Out of convenience of not driving over 25 miles to my nearest Walmart just to get a few items, I purchased this and the other items from Amazon Prime. It does appear that my pain has decreased over time since starting this brand. I am also taking this more consistently than before. I had also been taken the dried turmeric and making turmeric milk before I purchased these capsules. This seems to work as well if not slightly better. Just remember, if this is your first time trying turmeric, it is going to take a week or two before you really can tell the difference. I actually took me forgetting to take my turmeric for a couple of days and then retaking it to realize that the turmeric was doing something and how much it was doing. I have only tried one other brand of capsules and the dried turmeric (teaspoon dispensed) to compare this to.
