This bag is insulated and big enough to hold whatever I want. I like to drink blended protein shakes at work and really needed something that could hold my bottles standing upright. With all that, multiple pockets, a subdued look, and hooks to add a purse strap or carabeeners to attach each side to a backpack (not included) to give me a hands free carry, it is the perfect lunch for bag for me.
