These pillow protectors are a soft terry fabric that is easy to care for and easy to slip on the pillow; i am sure they will last for years because they are very well made, and i like that they are waterproof. The instructions tell you not to put them in the dryer because it will damage the water-proofing material. The price was right and they arrived on time, too, so . . . all in all, an excellent buy!
