I've taken Perfect Food Alkalizer Detoxifier now for 1 week..... All I can say is its INCREDIBLE. Im 46 yrs old and was having a seriously difficult time with body pain. I hated the idea of anything controlling my life and was avoiding what I thought was my destiny. I was miserable and depressed with the pain and the thought of living this way. My mother claims to have fibromyalgia and takes a ton of medications and pain killers. I honestly feared the same for myself. After a day of exercise or anything physical, as soon as i sat down, my body would stiffen up making it horribly difficult to get back up, everything felt swollen and stabbing with pain... (Feet, lower back, knees, hands, torso ..) this pain after exertion would often lasted for days after depending on the activity or length of activity. I wanted to do things, but feared the pain I'd suffer if I did them. It was miserable and Def NO WAY to live! I knew I was'nt eating healthy as most of us don't and therfore i knew I was probably very toxic internally. I'd been reading alot about Acidity in the body and it scared me. One day I saw a friend posted a pic of this product so I tried it. It was the 2 words in the name that caught my attention... Alkalizer - Detoxifier... honestly, I originally thought it would be great for the sake of weight loss. I'm not overly over weight, but I wanted to be healthier and clean inside and know my organs are able to do what they are intended to do... Anyway, I received the product 1 week after ordering (Hated the taste BTW) and after 3 days taking it, I felt like I had the flu. (Almost decided to quit taking it) I Didn't throw up, but WOW I was nauseated and had diarrhea for 2 days, stayed in bed actually... ALL OF A SUDDEN IT HIT ME,....I noticed something. ...MY BODY PAIN was GONE! I could jump out of bed in the morning and actually walk without ANY pain ANYWHERE. THIS was something I hadnt even considered when I started taking this product.. I assumed I was just like my mother and would deal with pain my whole life. But I knew I wanted to help kick start my body to be healthier and happier. WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE. I'm sleeping better, have tons more energy, happy, not sluggish feeling, no constipation or bloating and just feel better all the way around. YAYYY! YES, I still have some stomach issues, but I believe I'm still detoxing and have to allow this product to do its thing... NO, I'm not stuck at home on the toilet, it's not that bad and I'm no longer nauseated. I've been taking it now for a full week and things are slowly leveling out. I LOVE IT... I believe I will be taking this supplement for the rest of my life and I'm so thankful to have found it. As for the taste.....WHO CARES, it's a small price to pay for something that makes SUCH a difference. (Although, is really not that bad over all) I'm trying it in a smoothie this week. DO YOUR BODY A FAVOR.....TRY THIS, STICK IT OUT, DON'T QUIT JUST BECAUSE IT DOES THINGS TO YOU, ...IT'S SUPPOSED TO! Thank you for reading, ... I SWEAR by this stuff! Trust me ....IT'S WORTH IT!
