After watching my store bought bread sit in the frig for 2 months and still be fresh, I decided maybe I should use the bread machine I bought and maybe get away from a few preservatives. The only problem I have is slicing it so that it is not a ton of calories per slice and lopsided. Well, I looked and looked and finally decided to get this. I thought even if it is flimsy, for the price it is okay. Well I cannot tell you how surprised I was when I opened this. It is sturdy and works wonderfully, easy to use, and actually looks like a piece of art. Thank you so much for solving the only problem I had with making and eating fresh home baked bread.
