I chose "fits as expected" because I ordered a medium based on the measurements and they are just as described in the chart. I have learned to do this on orders and it almost always comes in exactly as described. Sometimes I get thrown off on reviews where people post that it runs small or large and if there are no actual garment measurements, I RARELY ORDER. Normally I couldn't wear a medium (I am 45" bust/38" waist/45" hips) but it makes me feel good! This is a really pretty tunic. The color of blue is a beautiful royal blue, as pictured. The fabric is chiffon/polyester, so there is no stretch but it gives a more flowy, dressy look than if it were a knit, rayon or cotton. I also love that I don't have to worry about shrinking or color fade with this fabric. I do ALWAYS hang items like this to dry! The style can go off or on the shoulders and is made really well. The shoulder fit has an elastic band that is not too tight but just enough to be worn both ways. Sometimes, with tight elastic it pops up while trying to wear off the shoulders. There is a nice lining underneath, so no slip is needed. There is nothing I can say negative about this purchase. I am ordering more!!
