My son loves these and he gets mad when it's time for me to take them out of this hands. He also understands the concept of holding tools with these spoons because of the rounded end. The only drawback is that they're hard to clean when I give him something like almond butter and the almond butter gets stuck in the holes and the end of the spoon that meets the mouth piece. Otherwise these are wonderful spoons for baby led weaning!
