So the deal on Amazon was if you applied through Amazon for the Discover It card, you'd receive a $75 Amazon Gift Code. I was disappointed after applying and receiving when I read that other people did not receive their codes for the card, however after a few weeks I did receive the code in my email. The deal I believe has the following requirements: New Customer with Discover, Pay your bill the first time, then they'll send you the code. Make an account online at Discover so they can confirm your email. I received the code for the Amazon $75 about one week after paying the card balance, this is fair to Discover and anyone who is skeptical Discover is overall a nicer company than most and has a nice look to the card. The credit line is generally low but can be extended after 3 months.
