I have been following a low carb eating plan for a long time but I really missed having cornbread. I follow a lady by the name of Kristie Sullivan and she recommended another much more expensive brand of cornbread flavoring for her cornbread. Although, I respect this lady's recommendations I did not want to spend twice the money for an extract. I found that OOOFlavors corn bread flavored concentrate worked perfectly for my cornbread. The flavor was delicious and I enjoyed my low carb "cornbread" with a nice pat of butter. I also used the same cornbread for my Thanksgiving dressing and it was fabulous.
