It was pretty easy to assemble. I did have to read the directions though cause the ball connector needs to be facing a certain way to line up. After you get that part it's pretty simple. Took me about 15 minutes to set up the igloo tent. Big enough for my 2 year old and 10 month old to chase each other around the living room. The bars are plastic and one did snap in half when my 2 year old stepped on it. Overall a fun item to have and was thinking of building a tent to go over my 2 year olds bed to have a fun tent to sleep in tonight.
