Wow!!! Day 1 did I notice anything....um, oh yeah! Day 3 now and I can't get off the dang toilet! I actually combined this product (as recommended by Dr.Oz) with Garcinia Cambogia Lean and in 4 days I have lost a total of 10lbs!!! I cannot believe this! I feel great and lighter and am super excited about these results. I have also tried to be more cautious of portion control and what I am consuming and of course increasing my water intake. I do understand this is probably some water weight from bloating etc lost, but 10lb's is 10 lb's!!! Even if 1/2 of this is water weight it's all good, even 5 lbs lost is fine with me! What a great start! I will update as I go along but as for now, TONS more energy and feeling great and positive about my venture! ;)
