Coming from a family who has always used GAIN laundry detergent I always likes the idea of natural detergents but the couple I’ve tried and the more natural recipe I made for laundry detergent left me very underwhelmed. My clothes didn’t always feel or smell clean and Definitely didn’t take out dirt/stains. In the last few years I’ve developed eczema/dermatitis on my hands and decided to really try to rid my body of as many chemicals/toxins as I can. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets have SO many bad ones. Someone recommended mollys suds to me and reluctantly ordered it. On the bag of the back it tells you to use 1 scoop for regular loads and 2 for heavily soiled/larger loads. I have a family of 5, almost every load is larger lol! So I was using 2 scoops every single load until I tried just using one scoop and realized I was really not needing to use 2. I think you have to use so little of it for each scoop I couldn’t wrap my head around how such a small amount could wash a load of laundry, but boy was I wrong! Not only does it remove all the odors and leaves a soft pleasant one but it actually cleans them! I normally use bleach with our towels every single time because with gain if I didn’t sometimes they’d have a smell. Honestly I don’t even need bleach to tackle the smell of my towels now I was shocked! It takes the smell, the grime off from some of the wash cloths we use to wash dishes and people leave in the sink to long ugh, stains and all out! So far this is the best laundry detergent I have tried and even better it’s so much healthier to use!! If you give it a try then remember to try using one scoop, the 120load bag I bought lasted no time because I was 2 scooping it to death.
