Update: It took time, but they resolved the issue with this. I am leased that they actually(under new management) read the issues and resolved it. She has a new set that is working fine for her. I am leaving my original review, simply to show that they did indeed solve a very big issue, and I commend them for that. I also am changing my rating because she lives the new set they sent her. My girlfriend had nothing but positive things to say about these, and she wanted them, so I purchased a set for her.. Soon after, I heard her scream, and came into the bathroom with her crying and a chunk of her hair in the broken plate.. She then said (after she calmed down), maybe it was just the one.. So I purchased a second set, and the same exact thing (except this time I heard swearing).. I am not exactly sure what the problem is /was, but two sets of these broke.. I am highly displeased, as I paid a decent price for each set, and neither of them are worth a penny now.. Highly upset and angry..
