im dealing with an autoimmune issue that is most likely lyme. this product had excellent reviews not only by customers but also respected health magazines and dr's. I'm using this as directed for the short stint and then will take a month break and use it for a full month as directed. this along with the Canda Clear by Pharmax are an excellent combination for balancing the good flora, killing virus/bacteria/yeast/bugs ... from travels or maintenance to build up the immune system again. I've had no side effects and find the taste is easy to handle with regular water. it's awful with juice. it becomes easier each time you take it. I already feel more energy, feel myself healing and the immune system not only tolerating this product but CRAVING this product. I have a sensitive system to supplements and have taken many of the best. this is EXCELLENT and should be mandatory for those dealing with lyme, candida, low energy, auto immune issues, memory and fatigue, during or post travel to foreign countries or lots of time with animals, meat eating, veggie and fruit consumption, lots of time in nature --lakes, rivers, oceans... this is a great tune up and great cleanser of many issues about which many drs are stumped. I do believe it's the best product out there of it's kind.
