Ive been using it over a week now and it has made a huge difference in my life i suffer from a herniated disc in my lumbar and when i have stress on my back area it could end bad if i dont stretch or get a massage in that area. I use this to stretch my back and in sometimes it even pops my back in level 2 level 3 is kinda hard to use as it does cause discomfort so for now im staying on level 2 which has not only stretched my back but also took away any pain i have in the mornings. It has 3 levels and has a cusion for your spine or a full on cusion you can apply if you dont wanna feel the points on the device.
