I bought the Massimo Retro LED Color Changing light bulb as a night light for my grandchildren who were complaining that it was too dark in the room that they were sleeping. For this it excels as the unit gives off a brilliancy of about a 20 watt bulb and allows you to remotely change the color it is presenting. The kids think it is great! I only wish that I could preset it to a certain color so that each time the light is turned on it would start with that color instead of changing colors every second or so. You, of course can select the color after you turn the bulb on but that forces you to use the remote control.
