Outstanding product....no but seriously! This stuff has me sleeping like a rock and I wake up and I'm getting moving the next day. I've been taking Benadryl for years and I know that's not healthy. I've tried all kinds of natural supplements for sleep because I I'm a big proponent of natural supplements overall. Some have worked okay, but most of them leave me disappointed. I decided to give this one a shot and it has been great. I do feel a little drowsy the next day, but it's nothing like Benadryl. It's to be expected when you take anything to help you sleep though. Thank you for making this formula I will continue to buy it!
