I'm giving it a 3 because 1 of the 2 cords didn't work straight from the box. Instead of 2 stars it got 3 because the chiefs actually do offer Samsung speed charging capabilities which are extremely needed. Update 6/12: the seller contacted me, I informed them about the problem with one cord and they sent me a replacement. They went out of their way to take care of me and guarantee their products. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because products fail but their customer service did not.
