With home confinement, we decided to try this Milk Powder! It is just superb! It tastes way fresher than the store bought cold milk. This milk powder is made directly from fresh milk at the farm, where as store bought cold milk travels for while before being shelved in the super market. This powder milk tastes as delicious as fresh milk one would get on a farm. I recently made a batch of yogurt using this powder milk, and the yogurt tasted so European: very flavorful, thick, fragrant. We are never buying cold milk from the supermarket anymore. From this company, Hoosier Hill Farm, we have also bought powder butter and cheese, and they are excellent for baking, and again the baked goods are way tastier. We would highly recommend. Also, there is no waste as we just make the amount of milk we need. Refrigerating the gallons of milks from the supermarket is also costly! This powder milk is not only delicious but very convenient.
