Here is my Video Review, I hope it helps, the bike is doing very good, now this is not a 4000.00 bike with the best of everything, but for the price 500 watt bafang motor, 48volt battery, Disc brakes, 10.4AH Samsung Lithium Cell Batteries, I could not find a better deal, for under 1400.00. Luna bike was my 1st choice but way out of my budget. I do have two minor issues that I have not contacted seller about yet, but it may be nothing because this is my first e bike. This is like bike freedom, my 4 others non ebike in the garage or going away. 50 miles so for, Very peaceful ride, feel in control, must add front and rear lights if you plan or riding after dark, I may add one of those spring seats later on if I get bored, I have not taken a bike ride for over 8 miles in years, What started as a 1 mile run wearing tight jeans, turned into a 18 mile run, 53 y/o male 189 pounds, and had a blast, Good luck
