*Edit* I need to remove one star from my review and warn people to NOT put this in the dishwasher. It seemed to absorb the taste/smell of the dishwashing detergent. I'm so hoping that it will fade, or I'll figure out another way to get the taste/smell out of it, as it DOES transfer to the egg bites. I bought this to make sous vide egg bites in my 6-qt Instant Pot. I love the egg bites that the huge Coffee Shop sells, but at $5 for two small ones, I was excited about the possibility of making my own. This tray is PERFECT, and my egg bites came out even BETTER than the ones sold by Star....ummmm....that huge Coffee Shop. I was so happy to see the little recipe insert, but really, your imagination is the limit! I would only warn not to fill the cups too full; leave maybe 1/3 inch space. Set your Instant Pot on Steam for 8 minutes, then let natural release the pressure for 7 minutes and voilà! The only thing I would change about it is to add little handles on either side to make it easier to put in and take out of the pot. Love-love-Love it!
