I use my ball for exercise but the main reason why I bought that ball so I can use it as a chair. When I first opened the package I knew that this ball was to small. I pumped it up and it was a little bigger than a basketball. I called the company to let them know that the ball was small and I didn't get what I purchased. The person on the phone assured me that the ball was the correct size and I need to continue to pump the ball full. I did what he said, and he was right. The ball is very thick and you need to stretch it. I think I went back to inflate the ball three more times before I got to the correct size.
