At first I was a bit skeptical about spending $30 on a piece of foam for my feet. I figured a cushion or a cardboard box might work just as well, but having one of these is way better. For my desk, I only use the top cylinder part (stowed away the rectangle attachment) and it's added a lot of comfort, allowing me to sit at my desk without the need to get up too often. I've had it for about a month so far, and it's held up great. I hope it continues to hold up, I wouldn't want to have to replace this too often considering it's just a premium piece of foam.
