I've owned more of these than I'd like (see below), but this is my favorite one. The way the brass ages over time is really cool. So yeah, problem is these little guys are escape artists if you're carrying them in your pants pocket. They're so smooth-sided they slip out and disappear. Really annoying. I'm here to share a tip I've discovered that fixes this problem. Might not be best for everyone, but it's worked REALLY well for me, and it was a cheap/easy thing to do. I added a rubber grommet around the pen itself. It cost me about a buck at a local hardware store. The rubber "ring" provides a nice amount of grippyness to the inside of the pocket, and the pen ends up not sliding around. It's also positioned where it doesn't get in the way of writing.
