Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First off let me try and give you an idea of the size of this bag as that was my own primary concern, and it wasn't easy finding reviews which covered that. I'm a full time roadwarrior traveling sales rep. I wanted a bag that would carry exactly one weeks worth of clothes with the idea that I'm doing laundry once a week. This bag is *almost* perfect.. Mayyyybe a touch too small. But I didn't want it to be oversized either, so I'm happy. I'm a dude, I dress casually every day including work days, and here's what I can fit in my bag: - 3 pairs of jeans, one pair of sweats - 3 ss T-shirts, 2 ls T-shirts - 1 full zip hoodie - 8 pairs of boxers, 8 pairs of socks - 1 pair of slides (flip flops) - 1 extra pair of shoes - 1 toiletry bag with toothbrush / toothpaste, deodorant, razor, shave gel, hair pomade, comb, 4 medication bottles - beard trimmers - paper notebook + pens All of the above fit reasonably well, but I do have to pack carefully. Not crazy obsessive careful, just not sloppy. I like that I'm forced to pack this way which forces me to be tidy, conscientious of what I pack, and eliminates an awkward, too-big bag. I like to be able to check into my hotel, grab my bag and stroll in all in one trip. The bag is light and easy to carry both with the shoulder strap or the handles which velcro together. The expansion zippers are excellent for increasing or decreasing the size. For my needs it will always be fully expanded unless I use it as a weekender. Negatives: - I'd have preferred snap button closures for the handle instead of velcro. Velcro doesn't hold up to repeated use. - the bag does not hold its shape well at. all. Not a huge deal but a stiffer canvass and a "floor" would have been very nice. - I'm fairly certain the bag will have visible wear within a year or so. Can't really complain for the money but it bears mentioning. Out of the box it looks great though.. Very stylish and I feel I fit in just fine even at nicer hotels. The bag is a solid 4 stars. I rarely leave 5 star reviews unless I'm absolutely blown away just as I only leave 1 star reviews unless I'm sorely disappointed. There's a range of stars for a reason. I was impressed with the value, the stylishness, and the size and I am satisfied with the quality. I would recommend this bag and I would buy it again.
